About this apartment rental
You'll be able to relax in a charming, comfortable, and fully equipped apartment (guaranteed availability), located on the 2nd floor of a small 2-story building with 7 apartments, 1,200 m from the main beach at La Grotte and 2,500 m from the historic center of St. Malo.
This apartment is very close to the sea and the train station in a particularly quiet neighborhood. Parking is available for you.
A stay in St. Malo, a pirate town full of character, 11 km from Dinard, 20 minutes from Dinan, a medieval town, 50 km from Cape Fréhel and Fort Lalatte, 57 km from Mont Saint-Michel, and 70 km from Rennes and Fougères. We hope you have a very pleasant vacation.

Note for future guests: The rental does not have a sea view, so please consider this carefully before making your choice. There’s also no Wi-Fi. Contrary to some tenants’ negative reviews, cleaning is done using a flat mop. I start by cleaning the windows and then dusting above the doors, the paintings, and the light fixtures. Then I clean the toilets, the sink, the bathtub, and the faucets with white vinegar... The first pass with the green sponge—for those in the know—removes all the dust better than my Dyson vacuum cleaner. For the second pass, I use the blue sponge with a disinfectant. My last tenants assumed I hadn’t removed the crumbs from the toaster and, among other things, gave me a bad rating for that reason. First of all, this is a cleaning task that isn’t easy to do—you practically have to take the appliance apart. I don’t claim to be a cleaning expert, but I try to do the best I can. During the time I have between two tenants, it’s always possible to check on the place. I welcome feedback, but I also expect a little appreciation from the tenants.
As for the bed, the mattresses are very good Bultex mattresses. The last tenants criticized me for them being too firm. I cannot adjust my furnishings for every tenant.
Finally, I do not accept troublesome tenants, cleanliness fanatics, or those who are always dissatisfied.
