Ideally located in a quiet street just 400 meters from the Saint-Malo SNCF train station, this apartment offers you a comfortable pied-à-terre to discover the corsair city on foot. The famous Plage du Sillon is less than 15 minutes away, and the unmissable intra-muros (old town) is a 30-minute walk away.
Located on the first floor of a building from the 50s, this 55 m² single-storey accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby. It has two cosy bedrooms.
You will also enjoy two pleasant private outdoor spaces, at the front and back of the apartment — perfect for having a coffee in the sun or relaxing at the end of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped (2 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker...) to allow you to cook as if you were at home.
The bathroom, renovated in November 2023, combines comfort and modernity.
Linen (sheets and towels) is optional (20€/bed) to be specified by message when booking.
