Disappointing

Many interesting books! Nice decoration! Location near the aquarium!

Dirty toilet! Really disappointing! Had to clean up! Filthy table full of filthy and old brochures! Didn't notice any mesause for COVID-19 taken! Beds with nasty smell! Noticed late that they charge extra for bed linen per bed and also for towels! We brought our own, because it's about 40 euros extra for a family! We were asked to throw our garbage to the main trash bins downstairs, which we actually did! We were asked to clean the floor before departing, which we had no time to do, because we had to go for sightseeing! ("Sorry!")

Like your home, just in St Malo

Home from home, as it was a family home and it still feels like a home. All the facilities you will ever need. I especially like the fully opening windows, and plenty of them, for lots of air and natural light. Just a few minutes from a large supermarket. Good parking, although on street we never had a problems finding a space. Plenty of local information, or ask your host Michael how is very knowledgeable and will give you tips.

Suited our needs well

Very friendly and attentive host who was happy to provide information. The appartement is well furnished and feels spacious and homely. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good and very close to Carrefour for supplies. Parking was easy in the area.

Probably not the owners fault but there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen sinks. Could have been a bit cleaner - likely depends who was in before you and how thoroughly they cleaned.
