Located by a beautiful park, peaceful and clean. It felt rural but only 10 minutes from the harbour.

Gorgeous location in the middle of parkland. Very quiet and attractive building. Apartment was very spacious and kitchen had everything except for a corkscrew!

As we were travelling low season we found parking available on road outside but I doubt this would be the case at busier times. There is a large public car park nearby but it is hidden in the trees and there is a height barrier. The payment process for bedlinen and towels was only by bank transfer. Towels could have been of better quality.

I paid over 200 euro for 3 night stay and host did send private messages about why i havn't clean (which i did) apartment after leave. She was expecting me to mop floor and clean dust. Its Your Job !

It was a fair place with good location, however the bed was inconfortable and small bedroom.

The area was quite, good wooden structure of the flat, and next to the lovely park.

L'appartement et très bien à côté du joli parc. Il est à 3 km de saint Malo.

Il faut faire 2 km à pied pour trouver du pain. Il manque un parking privé car il y a un immense parking juste à côté mais la nuit notre voiture était toute seule donc nous étions un peu inquiet.

La douche. Celle-ci est séparée du reste de la salle d'eau par un rideau qui n'assure pas une étanchéité efficace et qui surtout obstrue la lumière du plafonnier.

Прекрасная квартирка возле чудесного парка.Стоянка на улице или в самом парке.Есть все необходимое в квартире.Тихое место.Быстрая связь с хостом.13 минут езды до центра СанМало, 12 минут до центра Динара.Есть автобус номер 5 до Канкаля.Есть Нетфликс и Ютюб.Мы пробыли 6 ночей и не хотели уезжать.И конечно вернемся!!!!

Un grazioso bilocale nella periferia verde di Saint Malo.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e verde, proprio accanto ad un bellissimo parco pubblico. Il parcheggio del parco è comodo e gratuito; lo abbiamo trovato pieno solo in occasione di eventi/spettacoli serali.

Per raggiungere negozi o ristoranti è quasi indispensabile utilizzare l'auto. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi (con circa 10 minuti di cammino) non è balneabile.

El parque de al lado, la facilidad para aparcar y la comodidad del sofá cama.

Distancia al centro de Saint Malo (Intramuros) hay que ir en coche, pocas opciones de servicios cerca (andando) y la ducha bastante incómoda para l@s niñ@s. El EXTRA por toallas, sabanas y limpieza EXCESIVO. Me parece que ya pagas bastante por el alojamiento, como para pagar 82 euros más por 5 días de alquiler de toallas, sabanas y limpieza.
