The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a double sofa bed and a TV,
- A fully equipped kitchen including: dishwasher (2 place settings), electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, combi-oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dining area (a table and four chairs).
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) that can be split into two single beds (please specify this option when booking).
- A bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet.
Outdoors:
- A lovely garden with a terrace featuring a table and four chairs.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Neighbourhood and things to do:
- You can reach Intra-Muros, the historic centre, in 25 minutes on foot by walking down the St Servan high street.
- There’s a market on Place Bouvet, 300 metres away, on Tuesdays and Fridays, with market halls where you can buy fresh fish.
- A small oyster stall is set up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square).
- A mini-market open seven days a week is 900 metres’ walk away at Bas Sablons, and there’s a Carrefour Market 100 metres away on Rue Ville Pépin.
- Saint-Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Solidor Tower, and the Cité d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families.
- On Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can have lunch or enjoy a drink at ‘Bac’O Sablons’ whilst your children play in the sand below.
- Just a stone’s throw from the house, you can enjoy Bel Air Park and its children’s play areas.
- We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d’Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its Neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.

If you choose to come by car, there is free on-street parking in the street and the surrounding area.

- Saint-Malo railway station is about a 6-minute drive away: 1.6 km (25 minutes’ walk), served by bus route No. 1.
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 57 minutes’ drive away (73.8 km)
- Nearest bus stops to the house: Line 1: ‘Constantine’ – ‘Roulais’.
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal 2 km away (25 minutes’ walk).
- Dinan harbour, 1.9 km away: shuttle service for the Saint-Malo–Dinard crossing.
- Dinard, 10 km away (15 minutes’ drive).
- Cancale is 16 km away (23 minutes’ drive).
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 54 km away (49 minutes’ drive).
- Rennes Airport: 70 km away at Rennes St Jacques

Self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station, a 25-minute walk from the property or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, on lines 2 and 8.
A face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and hand over the keys.
