Le calme, la proximité avec la plage, les bars et restaurants a 50 mètres.

Le petite vue sur l’Estuaire de la Rance est plus qu’agréable un lever et un coucher à couper le souffle. La doux son de la pluie qui tombe sur le Velux juste au dessus du lit est parfait pour s’endormir. Les équipements sont très fonctionnels et pratique. En somme l’appartement est très bien.
Le groom (ferme-porte) de la porte d’entrée aurait besoin d’un petit réglage, les dimensions également de la porte d’entré sont un tout petit peu juste pour mon gabarit, les escaliers c’est du sport à l’état pure mais on s’y fait finalement et un peu de poussière a certain endroit.

Le volume et la vue dégagée . La possibilité d’y petit déjeuner et dîner . Très bon échange et réactivité .
L’ascension dans l’escalier n’est pas évidente quand même et la porte d’entrée assez dure a maintenir . Peut -être ajouter un grille pain ?

L’emplacement seulement
Une puanteur dans la douche, pas désinfecté et une tache bizarre dans la cuisine ? Il faudrait aussi préciser que c’est une chambre sous le toit et très difficile d’accès avec une valise, escalier en colimaçon et rétrécissement des marches au fur et à mesure de la montée et rampe avec une corde
