A comfortable and convenient place for an overnight stay

The flat was perfectly situated, close to beautiful beaches and a good selection of eateries. We chose the flat because of its proximity to the ferry port for an early morning crossing. The flat was clean, compact and cosy with good Wifi and was perfect for an overnight stay. We knew the flat would be small so we were not surprised.

It was a shame that the bathroom wasn't completely finished and we were disappointed in the small size of the towels. We would have appreciated extra hand towels. The flat was quite dark because the blinds did not work and the lighting was not good enough for reading.

Wow, this a gem of a location, the property is perfect for a couple of nights

When we arrived the host was just finishing off cleaning the apartment (we were a little early), not an issue. Very creative use of a small space, beautifully decorated. Shutters very welcome Outdoor sitting area was good to have & we would have used if there for longer Fantastic host This is a fantastic area to stay if you are getting the ferry, a reasonable walk into the Ciatdel Amazing fortification within 10 mins walk, the Solidor is beautiful. We had the most amazing couple of days & were able to embrace the French culture (met some locals doing Bretagne dances in the bay next to the Solidor tower - amazing experience, thankyou for allowing us to join in a dance or 2) A lot going on in such a small area - we loved every minute

A fuir.

Le quartier où j’ai vécu étant plus jeune.

Odeur d’égouts venant de la salle de bain, literie qui n’a pas était changé, mauvaise odeur avec draps tachés. Le bac à glaçons qui n’est pas dégivré et qui empêche la bonne fermeture de la porte et l’impossibilité de mettre mes pains de glace pour ma glacière. Terrasse non praticable et sale à cause des travaux qui commencent le matin dès 8 heures. Nous aurions aimé être averti. Le tout pour plus de 130 Euros, à ce prix là, on attends que les choses soient un minimum propres et entretenues. Préférez un hôtel formule 1 à moitié prix, pour de meilleures prestations.

Très bonne position

L’appartement est beaucoup plus petit par rapport aux photos probablement prises avec un objectif grand angle. La salle d’eau est très petite mais propre, elle manque de quelque finition notamment à deux endroits manque des carreaux et un doublage avec du bois à vue. Travaux à terminer? Les draps pour les lits et les serviettes de bain sont d’un coton ou autre tissu de qualité médiocre.

L appartement très sombre et sa sent le renfermé très désagréable. Oreillers très sale ainsi que le matelas. Ne nous sommes pas restés obligé de louer ailleurs très déçu.
