About this house rental
Access to the house is via the sea wall and a steep external staircase.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath).
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival.
The house is a duplex, with the living areas upstairs.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall.
- A large bedroom with a double bed (140x190) overlooking the beach and the marina.
On the second floor:
- A 40 m² living area comprising a lounge area (with TV and sofa bed) and a dining area that can seat 6 guests. You will also enjoy an incredible view of the beach and the port of Les Bas-Sablons.
- A fully equipped kitchen upstairs, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a toilet
- A bathroom with a bath and a toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed garage at 4 rue des Marchés, 100m from the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop near the house: Mairie de St Servan" stop - Line 8.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station about 4 minutes away by car (1.7
km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour's drive (74 km).
- St Malo ferry terminal: 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Ferry to Portsmouth, Guernsey.
