Lovely space, bright, wonderful location near the beach.
It was noisy early in the morning with street cleaners, gardeners, and delivery bikes. Parking is very expensive (€26/day) though you can use the park and ride outside the town (€3/day).

Bel appartement spacieux, très lumineux et très bien équipé. Au cœur de Saint Malo et dans une rue très calme. Seul bémol : le parquet craque vraiment beaucoup.

Le RDV physique avec une agence est certes agréable, mais aussi contraignant pour caler l'heure précise du RDV quand on fait 450 kms un vendredi soir de vacances scolaires
L'appartement était propre, les draps et serviettes fournis, et la cuisines totalement équipée et fonctionnelle
et la décorations sympa, avec de belles armoires bretonnes / normandes etc
Je suggère de laver les carreaux des 6 fenêtres
et de régulièrement nettoyer les bondes des lavabos et éviers (quasi bouchage de l'un, par cheveux et savon)

Very good location
The elevator was not working from arrival to departure. This was a real problem for two of the guests who are disabled.
The central heating didn't work, making one night quite chilly. One of the guests was a retired plumber who couldn't get the boiler to work. This would be a real problem in the Winter.
