Lovely space, bright, wonderful location near the beach.
It was noisy early in the morning with street cleaners, gardeners, and delivery bikes. Parking is very expensive (€26/day) though you can use the park and ride outside the town (€3/day).

Bel appartement spacieux, très lumineux et très bien équipé. Au cœur de Saint Malo et dans une rue très calme. Seul bémol : le parquet craque vraiment beaucoup.

Very good location
The elevator was not working from arrival to departure. This was a real problem for two of the guests who are disabled. The central heating didn't work, making one night quite chilly. One of the guests was a retired plumber who couldn't get the boiler to work. This would be a real problem in the Winter.
