Cap à l'Ouest by Cocoonr

The property was great, good facilities for staying as a family and we enjoyed the space. The location was fantastic and the sea view, peeking between the buildings, was mesmerising. I would probably stay here again if returning to St Malo. It felt comfortable and cosy and was a good mix of being in the heart of the city walls whilst being just far enough from bars and restaurants to avoid nighttime noise.

On the first day the plug for our bathroom sink became jammed, making the sink unusable. The management was not urgent about resolving this; it had not been fixed by the time we left the property. They initially sent instructions for us to fix it, which did not work. They said they had tried to call on the third day and could not get through. I was surprised that there wasn’t an alternative attempt (eg an email or text) given that it had been almost two days witn no sink by then. If we had not had an alternative (using the kitchen sink to wash hands and brush teeth), this would have been an impossibility. That said, we (as guests) might have made more of a fuss to convey it was extremely urgent for us. It is tricky that it is a 4th floor apartment with narrow stairs. I think this needs to be very clear in the booking information for potential guests to weigh up if they have mobility issues or have to carry a 1 year old.

Cette appartement a toutes les commodités, il est confortable à tout point de vue. Parlant de vue, il y en a une sur la mer, magnifique... Il se trouve dans St-Malo Intra Muros, dans la partie calme. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, il y a un garage, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Car, les places de parking Intra Muros sont chères. On peux tout faire à pied depuis l'appartement, génial. Le seul hic, il est au troisième étage et pas d'ascenseur... Ça nous a pas posé de problèmes. Bon choix 👍

Seul bémol : 3eme étage sans ascenseur => prévoir de voyager léger !!

Appartement très propre, très bien décoré. Tout est fait pour le confort et tout est fonctionnel et moderne. Beaucoup de rangements. Il ne manque rien. La vue sur la mer est très agréable. Et l'emplacement Intra-Muros est exceptionnel, et par dessus tout il y a un box privé pour la voiture. La logistique est bien rodée : mails, boite à clefs, suivi sms. Pour ceux qui aiment les relations humaines, ça peut être frustrant.

Salle d'eau un peu petite. Les chaises en "cordes" de la table à manger manquent de confort et mériteraient des coussins. Certes les escaliers pour monter au 3ème étage sont raides mais nous le savions et ça n'a pas été problématique.
