About this apartment rental

Cocoonr agency offers for rent this comfortable 105m² flat located in the heart of the Intra-Muros, in a quiet location. Located on the 3ᵉ floor with lift and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included.

- A lounge with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV
- A dining area seating 6 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (can be split into 2 single beds)
- Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (can be split into 2 single beds)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Hotel d'Asfeld
- Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available
- Porte St-Vincent at the foot of the ramparts.
- Rue de l'Orme, also known as the gourmet street, where you'll find some great local produce:
Butters and cheeses from Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Les 4 saisons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe.
- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale (booking recommended), and a friendly atmosphere at the Cargo Culte restaurant, with home cooking, tarts, salads, sandwiches and soups on the menu, all decorated in a brocante style. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.
- In the evening, you can choose between the Celtic atmosphere of St Patrick's Day, or the festive Belle Époque. If you're a cocktail lover, take a trip to La Fabrique, where you'll find a host of original cocktails. And if you prefer the nautical and sailing atmosphere, on the bas sablons harbour towards the St Servan district, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in a public car park.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you might find useful:
- From the Place St Vincent, there are bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 7 minutes by car (2.4 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour's drive (77 km).

Le Hauban We had a lovely time at this apartment and would definitely come back. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. It was a real home from home. Thank you to Audrey too, who was responsive and helpful and welcoming. The location is great - right in the heart of everything, and easy to shop and eat and also very close to beautiful beaches.
