About this apartment rental

Cocoonr agency offers this flat located at the foot of restaurants, shops and beaches. On the 4ᵉ floor with lift and private garage, this 65 m² flat can accommodate up to 6 travellers. The accommodation comprises a living room, dining area, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and separate WC. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We're waiting for you!

Please note: work to repair the roof is currently underway and should be completed by mid-April. Scaffolding has been erected in front of the living room and kitchen windows. Noise pollution may occur during the week when the work is being carried out.

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with a double sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A dining area with table and chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including Electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board...

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available by contacting the tourist office located Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside
- From the Place St Vincent you can take the bus to all the districts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find some great local produce.
- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy great seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'Or, a Sunday lunch at the Maison Générale for a feast for the eyes and taste buds, and a friendly atmosphere at the Cargo Culte restaurant, where the menu includes home cooking, tarts, salads, tartines and soups, all decorated in a brocante style...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's garage.

Single beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Car parking was excellent but accessing it during busy periods was challenging. Handy to restaurants and shops. Living space was comfortable.
