Perfect little apartment right in the heart of the walls of st malo. Had a lovely feel to it

Appartement super bien situer ! Proche de la porte de Dinan pour les bus, bateau bus et croisière.
Rue animée et pas de nuisance !
Logement très mignon, équipement de cuisine comme il faut.
Capsule de café et de thé à disposition ce qui fait très bien l'affaire avant un plein de courses.
La remise des clés en mains propre est rassurante et plus simple.
Dépôt des ordures juste en bas, très pratique.
Le tapis gris est pour moi bien trop imposant, on se prend les pieds dedans et s'étale jusque dans la cuisine avec les chaises, pas pratique.
On ne capte pas bien les chaînes télé, donc si vous aviez l'envie de regarder un film le soir, c'est pas possible..
Confort du canape à revoir ainsi que le lit avec 2 matelas séparer (il était tout de même confortable)
Plaque de la cheminée qui claque quand il y a du vent.
Et enfin, de la vaisselle mal lavé par les anciens locataires..
Tout ceci n'est que détails, le logement était quand même très très bien! Cela est juste pour le rendre encore meilleur !

Très bonne situation géographique, appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel, récupération des clés dans une boîte très pratique pour l arrivée tardive, cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, la douceur des tapis, immeuble ancien proche de la mer et des commerces et restos
Manque descente de lits pour les pieds froids, les WC dans la salle de bain, quelques mitons sous le lit et derrière le canapé, mauvaise réception des chaînes tv, le contours métallique du canapé en lit est dangereux pour les enfants et inconfortable pour les adultes

The management company.
Owning a vacation rental company myself I was amazed how inept the company was.
1) Garbage removal, who asks the clients to remove the garbage? Normally in most rentals the cleaning staff take care of this. If you do want the client to do this provide trash bins. There was no bins or directions to one. One has to carry their own garbage with their luggage to the ferry terminal. So ridiculous, annoying and unnecessary
2) Collecting the key, 2 km or more from the rental, again with no car, this was inconvenient. We elected to pick up the key as uncertain of our train arrival. Somewhere your information informed that collection was a short walk. You need a better alternative.
3) Correspondence over 14 emails, unnecessary, bear in mind the recipient is obligated to read all these repetitive mails
