Charming house with character that embraces you and lets you feel like a local.Wonderful garden, nice neighbours ideally placed to cover a lot of trips, be it Intra Muro, Dinard or just the Tour Solidor and the Cite Aleth....Travelling with dogs can be a challence - not here!! Welcomed with open arms and a nice concierge service.A place for digital detox - no WiFi thanks heaven.....!!!!If you look for a place in quiet and embedded with locals this is it.Thank you soo much for wonderful three weeks.We will definitely be back, maybe we apply for the next year soon!!!Best regards,Carsten, Sabine and dogs

Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. We walked to the shops each day only about 10 minutes to the supermarket and we walked to the sea too fairly easily. The only addition I would ask the property owner to consider would be wi-fi.

This house is very pretty and is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Saint Servan and Saint Malo are nearby. Nice beaches and a lot of sites to visit. Contact with owners quick and friendly.

C'est une maison spacieuse, agréable et fonctionnelle dans un quartier très calme. Elle est située proche des lieux touristiques, la ligne de bus toute proche permet une grande mobilité sans déplacer sa voiture. Nous avons grandement apprécié nos vacances.

Jolie maison, pas la décoration, (forte odeur de renfermé, et malheureusement aucune hygiène anti covid ,ensuite aucune hygiène lit avec des draps pleins de cheveux( même si l'on nous dit de mettre nos drap par dessus)et de poils, tapis de la salle de bain pareil avec en plus des traces non identifiées, de plus pas pratique d'accéder au jardin! Énorme trousseau de clefs, (10 au moins), et on doit toutes les essayer jusqu'à trouver la bonne! On nous dit vélo à disposition, les pneus sont crevé et cuit depuis belle lurette! Seul l'emplacement est sympa! Voilà....

Super séjour la maison vraiment très bien équipée mise à part un petit soucis de réglage de chauffage la nuit au début mais sinon tout était top. Pour 4 personnes et un bébé c’était super la maison est place à côté de tout ville et plages.

Everything was as in the description. Enough space for 4 persons an one dog. Quiet location, 7 min walk to bakery, supermarket and bus station.
