Charming house with character that embraces you and lets you feel like a local.Wonderful garden, nice neighbours ideally placed to cover a lot of trips, be it Intra Muro, Dinard or just the Tour Solidor and the Cite Aleth....Travelling with dogs can be a challence - not here!! Welcomed with open arms and a nice concierge service.A place for digital detox - no WiFi thanks heaven.....!!!!If you look for a place in quiet and embedded with locals this is it.Thank you soo much for wonderful three weeks.We will definitely be back, maybe we apply for the next year soon!!!Best regards,Carsten, Sabine and dogs

Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. We walked to the shops each day only about 10 minutes to the supermarket and we walked to the sea too fairly easily.
The only addition I would ask the property owner to consider would be wi-fi.

This house is very pretty and is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Saint Servan and Saint Malo are nearby.
Nice beaches and a lot of sites to visit.
Contact with owners quick and friendly.

Everything was as in the description.
Enough space for 4 persons an one dog.
Quiet location, 7 min walk to bakery, supermarket and bus station.
