About this apartment rental

HOUSING :

On the 1st floor, large 92m2 apartment modernly decorated in the heart of the old town of Saint-Malo: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fitted kitchen, living room, separate toilet. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The "Condor" and "Concorde" rooms are each equipped with a large double bed 160x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a 101 cm television. The "Lego" room is equipped with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a 101 cm television. The rooms are all not adjoining.


The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso, kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, two sinks and a washer-dryer.

The living room is equipped with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a sofa, an armchair and a 4K 120 cm TV (Xbox available with a dozen games and DVDs). We also provide recent tourist guides and books on Saint-Malo. Internet is also available in Wifi.

Finally, the apartment has a large dressing room to store suitcases, bikes, or any other bulky items.

We can put at your disposal on simple request and without supplement, a cot with its baby mattress, a high chair and a bathtub.

PARKING:

You will have a courtyard at the foot of the building where you can unload your luggage and take advantage of one of the 5 free spaces (space not guaranteed).

In addition we provide a closed garage (5m by 2m60) 2 minutes walk from the apartment in the interior.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

- Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mat, tablecloth and tea towels)
- Baby bed and accessories
-Beds made on your arrival.
-Home products, what you need to start your stay (paper towel, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, etc.)

THE DISTRICT:

In the heart of intramural, everything can be done on foot.

The apartment is located near shops, and more particularly rue de l'Orme (many exceptional restaurants, and local shops; away from traditional tourist shops).

Do not miss: the ramparts and the beaches located a stone's throw from the accommodation!

In addition, you can take advantage of the sea shuttles, located a 5-minute walk away, to get to Dinard, take a stroll in the Gulf of Saint-Malo or spend a day in Jersey.

We are available for the duration of the stay to answer questions and provide assistance.

TRANSPORT:

The apartment is located 20 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, and 10 minutes from the Maritime station.
Dinard airport is 15 minutes by car, Rennes airport 1 hour.
Sea shuttles to Dinard located 5 min walk.
Bus to radiate towards the whole of the Malouin Country at 5 min on foot.

A deposit of € 800 by check, not cashed, is requested on arrival.
