About this apartment rental

Classified 3 * by the Haute Bretagne Ille et Vilaine Departmental Tourism Committee.
Its privileged location in a quiet area allows you to do everything on foot or by bus: Solidor port 10 mins walk, beaches within 600 m, park with children's games at the door, all shops within 200 m and market 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
You can also walk to Intra-Muros in 25 minutes by walking along the beach of Bas-Sablons. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus, the stop is 250 m away, which will take you directly to the foot of the castle and the ramparts.
The terrace is equipped with a large round table with turntable and parasol, a small picnic table for children, and 2 sun loungers.
I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the premises. For your comfort, the sanitary facilities are disinfected before your arrival.
As this accommodation is my second home, it is equipped "like home". If you have specific wishes, please let me know. I will try as much as possible to satisfy them.

    Beautiful Appartement, i was surprised how spacious it really is! Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom modern and chic. All in all a tastefully decorated appartement! The parking lot was a great add-on, and so was the huge terrace, where we enjoyed our dinner and a glass of wine. ;-) . Rozenn is a great host with an eye for details that makes you really feel welcomed! Beautiful stay! :-)

    On se sent chez soi dans ce bel appartement. Rozen a beaucoup de goûts et c'est un vrai plaisir de converser avec elle. Idéalement situé avec des commerces juste à côté, les fameux remparts sont à 20 minutes à pied. J'y retournerai avec un énorme plaisir.
