About this house rental

Charming house (95m2) renovated in 2018, located in the district of Rocabey in Saint-Malo, close to all amenities and enjoying a small walled garden facing south, and a private garage.
Although the rental is located in a quiet area, all amenities are easily accessible on foot to allow you to "forget" the car in the garage during the holidays. So, you will find:
- the Corsair City (Intra-Muros and its ramparts) at 1,4km and
- the large beach of Sillon and many restaurants 450m
- the TGV station and the media library at 600m
- Intermarché, a large market (2 times a week), the post office, the pharmacy, doctors about 200m
- a bakery and banks within 100m.
Three bus lines accessible to 200m serve the entire agglomeration.

House on 3 levels composed of:
• rdc:
- entrance giving on a closed garden
- large living room with a living room (sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, library), a dining room opening onto the other small garden facing south
- fully equipped American kitchen with new appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, blender, robot) also overlooking this garden

• 1st floor:
- bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables

All beds are equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and two pillows.

A cellar is accessible from the garden (washing machine, freezer (105litres) and 6 bikes with locks available, chairs, table, parasol, barbecue).
