Wonderful stay

The studio was very nice and comfortable for our family of three. It was very well appointed with everything we needed, easy free parking in the area, the host left us a binder with very useful info regarding the attractions of the area, nearby shops, practical info. Saint Malo and the surrounding are are just spectacular, we enjoyed every single day full of activities and the refreshing rest every night in the cozy apartment. We hope to be back soon!

Awesome little apartment close ish to everything, GREAT value.

Super modern, fully equiped and decorated small appartment, 10 mins away from the intra muros st malo, 2 mins away from the beach and 7 mins walking to bakeries, shops and laundry mat. Really awesome hosts, available to help and pleasant to speak to. I would go back anytime.

St Malo au calme , tout en étant très bien placé.

Appartement cosy , très fonctionnel. Alexis est très arrangeant et disponible Quartier très agréable au calme , proche de la tour solidor ,de la plage des corbières et des sablons. Commerces et restaurants à proximité de l’appartement. Tout se fait à pied et c est mieux une fois que la voiture est garée ( parking dans la rue gratuit )

Appartement avec une décoration de très bon goût. Niveau équipement, rien à dire surtout avec lave vaisselle (+ pastilles offertes) et aspirateur avec serpillière intégrée (high-tech !). Pour les amateurs de cafés, vous allez être servis (2 machines à café). Mer à 1 min à pied, 30 secondes en courant, que demander de plus ?

Tout était parfait ! Facilité d'accès, appartement cosy, confortable et en parfait état, très bien équipé, literie de bonne qualité. La localisation était parfaite, à 50m de la plage de Solidor, la communication avec notre hôte très facile. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement sans hésiter si l'occasion de revenir à St Malo se présente.

L'appartement est bien équipé, bien agencé, on y trouve tout pour cuisiner, pour la partie salle de bain et la partie nuit. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Pas de bruit aux alentours. Alexis, le propriétaire, a été à l'écoute et de bons conseils

L'emplacement de l'appartement aussi exceptionnel que l acceuil du proprietaire et l appartement lui même. Alexi a été à la hauteur et son appartement très.propre et confortable ainsi qu en très bon état. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien et les.appareils électriques au top. Tout etait à sa place et très fonctionnel. Il ne manquant rien. Place de parking gratuite sans aucun problème. Quant à la.localisation, au top et.proche de tout commerces et de la.mer. nous conseillons vivement

Appartement très bien aménagé (tout a été minutieusement réfléchi, ça se voit). L’emplacement est idéal à deux pas de la plage et l’accueil était top (hôte très réactif).
