Apartamento espectacular 😍 tenía todo lo necesario en cocina todo nuevo. Cama 2 metros una maravilla de cómoda baño una maravilla ducha 🚿 Vista a la playa hermoso

Guter Kontakt mit Vermieterin, Wohnung ist geräumig für 2 Personen und gut aufgeteilt, alles funktionstüchtig, vom Fenster Blick auf den Strand und Yachthafen. Kaffeekapseln und je eine Madeleine fürs Frühstück ist eine nette Geste. In ca.20 Minuten ist man in Intra Muros. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einige Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, z.B eine Bäckerei. Ich fand, man kann gut verdunkeln und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig. Kann bei hohen Temperaturen anders sein.
3.Stock ohne Lift mit Gepäck ist definitiv anstrengend, das sollte im Inserat erwähnt werden. Auch hatte ich widersprüchliche Aussagen zum Parkplatz, mir wurde sowohl "Parkplatz inbegriffen" als auch " öffentliche Parkplätze" angezeigt, letzteres stimmt. Beides wird seit längerem von Gästen bemängelt und sollte geändert werden.
