Estaba todo nuevo y limpísimo. Buena ubicación, frente al mar. Excelente anfitrión.
Nada. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que es un segundo sin ascensor, no apto para personas con necesidades de accesibilidad.

Unglaublich schöne und toll ausgestattete und renovierte Altbau-Wohnung. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der historischen Altstadt ermöglicht alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Der Stadtstrand hinter dem Fährhafen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles ist liebevoll ausgestattet und gestaltet, die Küche ist modern und neuwertig, gleiches gilt für die Ausstattung.
Leider gibt es keine Park- oder Fahrradstellplätze, da ist man auf eigene Lösungen angewiesen. Wir hätten zwar den Keller für unsere Fahrräder nutzen dürfen, die Treppe war aber sehr eng und steil.

Sehr sauber, schöne große Räume. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und große Schubladen für die Ablage. Eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer hat es auch. Die Eingangstür und die zweite Tür sind nur mit einem Schlüssel zu öffnen und daher sehr sicher.
