As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room and a dining area. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Spacious: stylish with breathtaking views across the beach to the marina. No need for a car: St Malo lay just outside our garden gate. Corinne and Cathy were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful holiday

Idealement situé face au port et a la citadelle malouine.
Appartement au 2eme etage tres lumineux et bien équipé.
Il.meriterait un léger rafraîchissement.
Forfait nettoyage élevé ( menage a parfaire comme nettoyage de la toile ciree ou poussiere). Draps et serviettes en sus... ( descriptif incomplet sur appli)

This is a good property. It is not fussy and the living room is not exactly cosy, but it is practical for a summer holiday. It has all the basics. It is very well situated for the shops, the Old Town and some lovely beaches. The property would not be suitable for a family with small children or those with difficulty with mobility as the stairs to the flat are steep.
My only reservation is that neither bed linen nor towels are provided with the property and you either have to pay extra to hire these or bring your own. There is also an additional price to pay for cleaning (105 euros) in addition to the rental which we only found out about 2 days before we left.
