About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers you this charming 90 m² town house in Saint-Servan to rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people. The house comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200) with shower and bathroom sink
Second floor :
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 3 with 3 single beds

- Private terrace with garden furniture
Location:
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Servan, close to amenities. There are 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week less than 1 kilometer away on foot (at Les Bas Sablons and near Saint-Croix church) and a Carrefour Market 200 metres away in Rue Ville Pépin.
Activities:
You can enjoy the Saint-Servan market 200m away on Tuesdays and Fridays, with halls where you can find fresh fish. There is a small oyster market every Sunday in Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Saint-Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Tour Solidor and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below. The best crêpes are to be had at the Solidor crêperie, and a drink on the sunniest terrace in Saint-Malo at the Cancalais, where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets! And there are plenty of other good places to discover, just ask us.
Just a stone's throw from the flat, we also recommend the Corniche d'Aleth walk, with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.
Transport:
Free parking is available in the surrounding streets and car parks. Intra-Muros is a 15-minute walk away.
Several bus routes serve Saint-Servan:
- Line 1 (Intra-Muros/The station/La Madeleine shopping centre), Line 6 (Intra-Muros/C Quelmer and its Rance riverside walks), and Line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) takes you to the other seaside areas of Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville, etc.
You can choose the bike option (bike room available).
