Good location, clean apartments

Location was perfect. The beach is just behind the house. The hosts were very accomodating and has clear communication. The place was very bright, tidy and spacious. The kids loved the board games and books that they let the guests borrow. We were able to play some ball by the beach and build sand castles via their items. They have a parking within their property as well. We had an amazing time and would definitely get the same property next time we go back to Saint Malo.

the bed is a sleeping sofa which was fine just not as comfortable as a bed.

Warm welcome by the hosts. Clean well equipped room. Comfortable bed, full comfort in the kitchen area and in the bathroom. Good heating and the wifi was working very well. Very calm area, from the window I was able to see the beach. Easy parking.

Excellent séjour à Saint-Malo

L’accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée. La disponibilité des hôtes , l’emplacement. Le studio est bien agencé et rien ni manquait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir y emmener notre petit chien.

Schöne, wenn auch stürmische Tage in Saint-Malo

Wirklich nah zum schönen Strand gelegen, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sauber. Parkplätze vor der Tür, wenn voll belegt, dann etwas eng. Kleine Extras für Familien mit Kindern. Einkaufsbummel ebenfalls fussläufig möglich.

Extrakosten für die Reinigung im „Kleingedruckten“.

Fijne studio

Wat een fijne studio met een kleine beschutte tuin. Op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig!

Rien à redire sinon qu'à faire connaître

excellent accueil et tout est conçu pour faciliter notre séjour allant jusqu'à même proposer des chariots de course, une bibliothèque. la chambre pour 1 personne était vraiment bien équipée.

les 4 emplacements voitures le sont pour des petits véhicules, sinon les places se limitent à trois, mais on trouve facilement des places dans la rue au stationnement non payant, peut-être qu'en reculant les bacs à fleur, les longs véhicules pourraient mieux se garer, les détecteurs antichoc limitant le stationnement du véhicule à au moins 20 cm.

Wir haben uns in Saint-Malo und die Unterkunft verliebt!

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und jederzeit möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich vor Ort, alles wurde gut erklärt. Parken konnte man vor dem Haus. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft war modern, die Küchenausstattung war perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir fanden den extra Eingang mit abschließbaren Gartentor sehr gut. Im kleinen Garten konnten wir herrlich sitzen, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen und hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist kurz und unproblematisch, Restaurants waren ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Unterkunft sehr zentral. Das Meer kann man fast riechen, so nah liegt es an der Unterkunft. Der Promenadenweg ist herrlich und scheint endlos.

L’accueil, le petit studio et la proximité de la mer tout y est pour passer un moment agréable et faire de belles balades en bord de mer . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😉

très bien, à refaire sans hésiter

Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, très accueillants, et très gentils. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez eux, et nous leur en remercions. Une belle bibliothèque, pour les grands et les petits, et beaucoup de jeux de société sont à dispositions. Même si il n'y a pas de vue sur mer, sa proximité est un véritable atout. Le spectacle des marées et du coucher de soleil vaut le détour.

Les jours de beaux temps, 4 places de parking au sein de la résidence sur 8 logements est un peu juste, mais dans un rayon de 50 m on peut en trouver.

Kleines Apartment in Strandnähe

Kleines Apartment mit Balkon. Das Bett muss man abends ausklappen, es handelt sich dabei um ein Schrankbett mit integriertem Sofa, aber von der sehr hochwertigen Art. So wird der kleine Raum optimal genutzt. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, auf den morgens die Sonne fällt. Vom Apartment ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand bzw. der Promenade, die ins historische Zentrum führt.
