About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this magnificent house with a sea view from its rooftop for rent in Saint-Malo. Located 300 metres from the beach, this 150 m² house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 70 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation includes :
- a 27 m² living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and DVD player
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
First floor :
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Second floor :
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds
- Bedroom 4 with two single beds

For even greater comfort, you'll have access to the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, cot (on request when you book, we can install a cot for your baby). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses other than those already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like one.)
Outside :
- A 70 m² garden + terrace in front and behind with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- On the top floor, a rooftop accessible only under adult supervision.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
