La maison est très agréable à vivre, même à 9 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes et 7 enfants et jeunes). Les lits sont préparés, les armoires et commodes sont disponibles pour ranger nos affaires, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire fonctionner l'essentiel (machine à laver le linge et lave-vaisselle, mais aussi des sacs poubelles, papier toilettes, etc...). Et la maison était propre, et l'accueil à la fois efficace, sympa, et rapide. Et comme l'emplacement est super... Bref, très bon séjour pour nous. Olivier BLOT

Tout était absolument parfait et conforme à l'annonce. Maison familiale idéale à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Quartier très très calme. Equipement de la maison au top. Facilité de communication avec les propriétaires et conciergerie à disposition en cas de besoin. A refaire !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison correspond parfaitement à sa description et aux photos. Il ne manque rien. L'endroit est très calme mais aussi très bien situé ! A 200 mètres de la jetée qui longe la plage du sillon jusqu'à Saint Malo intra muros. La personne qui s'occupe de la conciergerie est très sympa. Merci !!

Aucune isolation phonique des sols .. au 2ème étage, salle d’eau obsolète avec un tout petit lavabo « pour enfant » très bas et pour 5 personnes !!! .. Au rez-de-chaussée aucun rideau côté jardin..manque d’intimité !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété, quartier très calme, proche de la mer, idéalement situé. Le meilleur moyen de transport étant le vélo ! Le logement était très propre, et la literie confortable. Manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle ! Le temps était également de la partie. Le jardin était très agréable et ensoleillé. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour que nous avons passé en famille !

Très belle maison. Spacieuse avec un bon confort. Dommage que le service soit effectué par une agence qui donne une tonalité hôtellerie sans le service: serviettes légèrement humide et odeur non agréable, parure de draps fournis mais pas toujours opérante. C'est une histoire de qualité/prix qui a mon avis n'est pas vraiment tenue.

Alors que nous louons à Saint Malo depuis de très nombreuses années, nous avons rarement trouvé un logement réunissant autant de qualités: soin particulier sur tous les plans dans la maison (qualité du mobilier, de la décoration, et des différents services et ustensiles mis à disposition), mais aussi de la localisation, idéale: calme et à proximité immédiate de la mer, des commerces, et d'intra-muros. Nous avons passé un parfait séjour à 3 générations, dont des tout petits enfants.

Maison spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Le billard a été apprécié par tous (grands et petits). le jardin est magnifique, et préserve de l'intimité. Nous avons pu en profiter pratiquement tous les midis (petit bémol : l'absence de parasol qui aurait été le bien venu !). Maison totalement adaptée à 2 familles, chaque étage étant occupé par une famille. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa. La maison est spacieuse et tres bien équipée. Tout est neuf qu'il s'agisse de la literie, de l'électroménager, ou de la cuisine. Tout est aussi prévu pour un bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire, poussette, chaise haute...). Elle est idéalement située à proximité de la plage. Les commerces sont aussi à proximité et permettent d'y aller à pied. L'accès au cœur historique de Saint Malo est largement possible à pied (nous avons fait le trajet tous les jours avec nos quatre enfants de 1, 5, 9 et 11 ans). Nous recommandons tres vivement cette villa, que nous relouerons avec plaisir si nous revenons à Saint-Malo.

La maison est très agréable, dans un beau quartier et à quelques pas de la plage. L'équipement, les meubles, la literie, tout était neuf et de standing. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
