Great visit

Clean, nice location, quiet, fully equipped. Highly recommended but on the high end on cost.

We stayed at this building for two months but had to switch apartments because we extended our stay. In the first unit, the wifi was on and off, which can be a problem if you are working. In the second unit, the TV didn’t enable streaming from the phone, which worked fine in first unit. After multiple emails, it was not resolved.

Very good location for four people!

The apartment is very well located in close proximity both to the beach (<1km) and the old town (<2km). Free parking was always available in the direct neighborhood. The apartment was well equiped, spacious and very nicely designed. Check in and -out was flawless.

Pleasant

Very pleasant and tasteful apartment. Self Check in was easy. Close to the train station, bus stop in front of the house. Not too noisy at night. A very good place for travellers.

Fantastic for a few days away.

The property was ideal for a few nights away. The area was nice albeit not directly in within the walls it was only a 15 minute walk to reach there. We didn’t look at the direct area but a supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away too which was helpful as we didn’t take a car. The accommodation was clean and secure, it had everything you could need if you were looking to do a bit more self catering.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung, Küche gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Nachts ruhig. Anbieter war ständig erreichbar, Kommunikation einwandfrei. Nur 10 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Strand. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckerei, Apotheke, alles innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen.

Logement bien équipé et pratique avec ses 2 chambres autonomes. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Literie de bonne qualité.

Le quartier peu agréable et bruyant La mauvaise ventilation dans le logement avec odeurs d'égout et buée sur les fenêtres. Le vis à vis.

Tout était très bien, sauf : Le ballon d’eau chaude pour quatre personnes est beaucoup trop petit. Au bout de trois douches, il n’y a plus d’eau chaude. Nous avons donc été obligés d’alterner nos prises de douche….

La proximité de la gare ( 5 minutes à pied) et du centre ville avec l arrêt de bus devant la porte , les 3 appartements identiques et fonctionnels , propres et bien équipés

Sympathique week-end maloin

Appartement décoré avec goût et très bien aménagé. Il est situé à une vingtaine de minutes du centre intra-muros de Saint Malo. De petites attentions bien appréciables nous attendaient à notre arrivée : capsules de café, sachets de thé, tablettes de lave-vaisselle, savon liquide, etc... Check-in et check-out très pratiques via les informations fournies.

Le ménage pourrait être approfondi (joints de salle de bains et plinthes notamment). Quand on est maniaque, on tique un peu mais le séjour n'en a pas été gâché pour autant.

l'emplacement parfait, bus 2 et 8 au pied de l'immeuble pour aller direct intramuros. Le confort de l'appartement, les équipements.

Lo único mejorable desde mi punto de vista es que la información con las instrucciones para dejar el apartamento deberían tenerla en el mismo , igual que tienen otras instrucciones. Mandan un e mail el día anterior de tu salida y no siempre tienes acceso al mismo. En mi caso lo pude leer una vez abandonamos la casa.

Une catastrophe, fuyez !

Le logement était dégueulasse. Il n'y a aucun menage qui est fait et cela depuis plusieurs mois (au vu de la quantité de poussière accumulée, des saletés encrassées et moisissures...). Même les poubelles étaient remplies à notre arrivée et les draps sales (foutage de gueule de A à Z). Pour l'anecdote, ma soeur, très sensible à la poussière, a fait une crise la première nuit et perdu totalement sa voix à la 3e nuit. Super séjour. A bon entendeur.

Muy bien equipado y con mucha luz . Ubicación muy buena. A 3 minutos de un parking gratuito y un Carrefour express, 10 minutos de la playa y a 15 de las murallas.

Solo eche en falta lavadora aunque creo que había servicio de lavandería en el sótano. Lo único que no hay es ascensor. Aunque solo lo echas de menos el día que llegas cargado y el día que te vas.

Avec un tel standing il manque un vrai congélateur surtout l été Le wifi est instable et se coupe souvent Il serait dur de télé travailler La douche de la grande chambre a de la rouille en bas à plusieurs endroits À refaire comme celle de la petite chambre

L appartamento era completo di tutto! Arredamento molto carino e funzionale. Pulito e in una posizione molto comoda per arrivarci in auto e poi la fermata del pullman sotto casa che porta ad Intra-Muros in 4 min veramente utile!

Logement très propre, proche de Saint Malo intra-muros. Endroit assez calme.

Dans notre chambre située au 3ème il y'avait une mauvaise odeur, provenant de la douche. Dans l'autre chambre, tout était top. Porte serviette mal fixé.

Pratique, agréable et propre

Calme, refait à neuf, bien équipé, très propre (même dans les coins !). Proche de la gare mais pas loin de la vieille ville et de la plage, juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus. Franchement un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je garde l'adresse pour un futur séjour.

Séjour très agréable à Saint Malo

L’appartement est bien situé, en dehors du centre mais assez accessible et proche à pied. L’appartement était bien équipé, les 2 salles de bain sont un plus pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 adolescents. Tout était bien équipé (serviettes, vaiselles, couverts, ... )et assez propre. Arrivé et départ autonome très facile.
