La localisation, le parking privé, la vue mer, la lumière, les équipements, la décoration, le confort des matelas (exceptionnel)
L’appartement est joliment meublé mais néanmoins dépouillé (peu de tapis, livres, bibliothèque, plante, ….) et donc bruyant. Mais comme souvent dans les appartements dédiés à la location. Ce n’est donc pas une surprise
