About this apartment rental
In Saint-Malo, we offer you this magnificent 122 m² apartment with sea view, at the foot of the large Sillon beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a room with a sofa bed that can be used as an office for telecommuting, and two bathrooms (with showers). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with dining area and TV
- fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), one with private terrace
- One room with 1 sofa bed and a desk
- Two bathrooms
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Several terraces for sunny days
- Garden furniture for meals or outdoor relaxation facing the sea.
Thanks to its location, you can take advantage of the immense beach at the foot of the residence and go for walks, rollerblade rides or bike rides on the seawall.
