About this house rental
Villa Jules Simon is located close to the Thermes Marins in Saint-Malo, and offers seafront accommodation ideal for families, with a garden, terrace and free Wi-Fi. It offers a view of the garden, as well as a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. You'll just have to cross the street and you to access the seawall and the beach, as well as all the local shops in the Coursoiville neighborhood.
This family villa comprises :
- On the ground floor, a beautiful, bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area, a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 8 people.
A fully-equipped, functional kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, direct access to an outside staircase leading to the garden.
- Separate toilet.
- Garden level: cellar with laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron) with access to the garden.
- Second floor: 2 bedrooms with Queen-size double beds (160x200), one with en-suite shower room with Italian shower, vanity unit and towel rail.
- bathroom with bathtub, towel rail and vanity unit,
- separate WC.
- On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with king-size double beds (180x200) and a bedroom with a single bed (90x200 accessible via a small ladder).

Pleasant enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Ideally located, in the Courtoisville district, close to all amenities (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market), stores, restaurants.
Activities :
For the water sports activities of your choice, the Surf School water sports school is a 3-minute walk away.
Transport and access:
- Free public parking on the street.
- Palais du Grand Large 2.2km
- Intra-Muros, the historic town, can be reached on foot along the waterfront in 20 minutes, by bicycle in 10 minutes, or by bus in 5 minutes.
- St Malo train station is 1.9 km away
- Nearest bus stops: “COURTOISVILLE” or “CHATEAUBRIAND” served by bus lines 3 and 9.
