800m from the large beach of the furrow, the ramparts, the thermal baths and shops, this villa will seduce you with its Japanese garden, its large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

- ON THE GROUND FLOOR: a living room of 38 m2, an equipped kitchen opening onto a bright veranda and onto the terrace + a bedroom for couples and a bathroom with shower and wc.

We spent a happy ten days at Paule’s house in St Malo. Excellent location for the beach and local shops. Comfy beds and great amenities in the kitchen. Please note there is no bath - but two large showers. The garden is a fantastic space for kids. The driveway is very narrow but it’s easy to park on the street. Paula is friendly and helpful as a host.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is perfect for a family with eveything you need and plenty of socialising spaces. The garden was a fantasic space for children to run around in. We loved the location, in a quiet neighbourhood, with shops and the beach close by! The Intra Muros is also easily walksble for anybody who is happy with a longer walk. (~30 mins). We had a wonderful welcome and a fantasic week. I would highly recommended the property!

This is a beautiful space full of sweet objects from travels around the world. A stunning beach is a short walk (10 minutes) and the quiet neighborhood is a great contrast to the bustle of the boardwalk and st. Malo. It's a fantastic base. My children and I loved being in the garden. We really appreciate the generosity of the host in sharing toys with guests.

Quiet, set back from residential road, with a pretty garden that was secure for our dog, we had a restful time staying in this house full of family mementos. We walked to the beach and explored the old walled town. We would recommend taking a boat over to see Dinard on market day. Also followed the coast around to Cancale for oysters. Would have preferred less rain but can't be helped.

Comfortable and well equipped home with everything you need for a stay. In a quiet neighbourhood close to local supermarket, beach and bus routes. Several restaurants about 20 minutes walk away with the fort area about 30 minutes away. Ideal for site seeing in Brittany.

We had a very enjoyable holiday here, a party of six, family and friends. Convenient location with supermarket (Intermarche) 7-8 minutes walk away. We spent much of our time in the private garden - very peaceful. We cook a lot and would have found it useful to have more cupboard space for food.

We really enjoyed this place. It’s in a fantastic quiet location - so close to St-Malo’s walled city and easy drive to Mont St-Michel and Dinan. Beautiful gardens and fully-equipped kitchen. The garden space was so relaxing and useful after a long day - exercises, winding down, cocktails because it was so quiet and peaceful.

The property was nice and clean . Nice clean bathrooms and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for a family. The beds were comfy . Great garden for eating out aswell as relaxing . Parking was good . Very nice and quiet area, not far from the beach and local amenities. We all had a great holiday.

The four adults in our family loved this house and location! The house itself was lovely, well appointed, roomy, and had all conveniences. We especially enjoyed the back yard, and sitting outside under a protected awning to have breakfast, lunch and some dinners. We love to cook, and had found everything we wanted in the kitchen, and also used the barbecue. It was very pleasant sitting outside on lounges reading in the shade. The house and yard were even nicer than pictured. We used the washer and the dishwasher. The lovely garden was filled with flowers. There was enough space for the two couples to have privacy and still share good times together. Paule was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We made a friend, indeed. The location of the property was perfect for us. It was quiet, but close to the beach, and a good walk to the town, although sometimes we drove to the old town. Our adult children rented excellent bikes which were conveniently delivered to the house. They rode everywhere, discovering new places and thriving on the coastal air. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting new sites together as a family, especially Mt. Saint Michel, Dinard and the old city. The fireworks over the castle on Bastille Day were amazing, and the walk around Il Cite d Alet was lovely. We recommend the galettes and going to the local markets. One favorite beach was Minihic, very close drive. This house would be perfect for couples and families. There is much to do in the area with chlldren and lots of interesting sites for adults too.

Les "+" de a location : Maison très bien équipée, Emplacement très calme, sans vis à vis, la cuisine ouverte sur la véranda elle même ouverte sur terrasse couverte et jardin entièrement clos. Et bien sur Saint Malo qui est une ville magnifique Les "-" de la location. La maison, qui est la résidence principale de la prioritaire, est très encombrée et décorée de façon très personnalisée. La cuisine et la chambre s'ouvrent sur une "véranda débarras" très encombrée elle aussi et qui constitue un véritable "four", réchauffant sensiblement toutes les pièces attenantes. Les abords du jardin sont encombré de quelques "dépendances débarras renfermant elles aussi un sacré bazar.

Maison musée totalement inadapté à la location pour accueillir des familles avec des enfants en bas age. La maison est sombre et encombrée du fait qu'il s'agit de la maison d'habitation de la propriétaire. Nous avons cependant passé un bon séjour en famille proche de la mer et des remparts de Saint Malo. Mention spéciale pour le grand jardin agréable.

Quelques jours passés au calme mais au près de tout. La maison est très bien placée proche de la plage, des commerces et des visites. Bien que le soleil soit absent nous avons passé un agréable séjour en essayant d’éviter la pluie et la grêle. La propriétaire madame Beranger est fort sympathique . Discrète elle est ouverte à la discution . Merci encore pour ce séjour.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire, le confort de la maison et du superbe jardin, le calme du quartier à 5' en voiture des plages du Sillon entre autres, une connexion Wi-Fi sans soucis, que pouvions nous souhaiter de plus?
