Definitely my home everytime I will go back to Saint-Malo

The space, the cleanliness, the location, very well equipped, and they even leave you detergents for the dishwasher and the laundry. It’s very suitable for a big family. Very close to the beach, and the small market is just around the corner. Amazing crêperie around the corner as well. 10 minutes walking from a bigger supermarket and maison malécot that had the best french patisserie.

The pillows for the main room were hard and square. But we exchanged with pillows from the other rooms.

Great property. Definitely reccommend this if you are travelling in a big group.

This property is awesome and very well-maintained. We were 7 people including one infant. One room has a combined toilet/washroom, and there are 2 separate toilets (one combined with a bathroom). The property was extremely clean and other amenities were top-class. The property was spacious and the location was great. On the ground floor, there was a kitchen a room, and a hall with a dining table and TV. There were plenty of games (cards, ludo, etc.) to play which was a nice bonus. On the first floor, there were 3 rooms. One with a double bed and it has a very nice closet, one with two single beds and a third room with a bunk bed for two people. There also was a bathroom+toilet on the first floor. All the rooms looks very good and the property was very well maintained. Also, the rooms have a proper heating mechanism in place.

Toilets were not friendly for the "washer community". Although this is definitely not a problem for Europeans or Americans, I will just put it here to "spread awareness".

we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday with our family with delicious meals around the big dining table

the house was very comfortable and extremely well-equipped. it felt warm and very cosy, but also spacious and light. it was a short drive or walk from the old city, but only a few minutes from the beach and local shops. the garden terrace would be lovely in warmer weather

Logement très bien placé pour visiter Calme et silencieux

Cafetière défectueuse. Nous l'avons signalé à la gestionnaire de la maison ,sans réponse de sa part. Poussière dans l'escalier,qui laisse penser que le ménage est fait mais pas partout

Super sèjour a Saint Malo en famille

La maison est très bien située tout a proximité on peut tout faire à pied Jolie terrasse pour les repas tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une semaine au top

Exceptionnel

Merci à Irène et son équipe pour leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme, le logement est très agréable, très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité. Quel bonheur d'arriver dans un logement d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le logement est adapté à une famille avec des enfants en bas âge et la localisation est parfaite. La proximité de la mer est un très bon point.

L'emplacement, le lieu. Tout est accessible à pied. Établissement très bien équipée et agréable avec sa terrasse.
