About this house rental
In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming new 130 m² house, built in 2020, 400m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 50 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Master suite: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and dressing room.
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
The following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 40 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture
- A beautiful 250 m² garden, private and fully enclosed
The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the Rothéneuf district, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are just 250m away.
The historic center of St Malo is easily accessible: 15 mn by bike, 10 mn by car, 20 mn by bus ( bus stop located 150m from the house)
Activities :
- Beach and water sports: Val jolie beach 400 m away, Nicet beach 600 m away, Havre beach 600 m away, Pont beach 1 km away.
- Hiking (GR34 2 minutes' walk)
- Visit the Jacques Cartier manor house, the sculpted rocks, the Malouinières, St Malo and its ramparts, the Saint-Malo aquarium.
- Discover the coast and islands, Pointe du Grouin, Cancale, Dinard, Mont St Michel 50 km away.
- Several markets nearby
Transportation :
- By car: you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in free parking spaces in the streets adjacent to the accommodation.
- Bus: a bus stop is located 150 m from the property, serving the Saint-Malo train station (approx. 20 min. by bus).
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, 6 km away (approx. 15 min. by car).
