Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in the town of Dinard, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 250 m² and capacity for up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 88 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with showers), and a garden of approximately 542 m². Linen not provided. Wi-Fi included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Bedroom 4: two single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and towel dryer
- Separate toilet

In the separate studio:
- Living room with sofa and dining area
- Kitchen area
- Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: filter coffee maker, barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Hiking: direct access to the GR34 coastal trail
- Access to St Malo by water bus for a visit to the pirate city
- Discover the Channel Islands, just an hour away by boat
- By car: visit Mont St-Michel, St Malo, St-Lunaire, Cancale on the coast, or Dinan, Combourg, and Bécherel inland.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to five vehicles.

- Bus: two bus stops nearby (Église or Office de Tourisme) that connect to the Rennes or Saint-Malo TGV stations.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, about a 15-minute drive away.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, about a 10-minute drive away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rate is €18.50 per person for stays of less than 15 nights, including bed linen, 2 towels, tea towels, and rugs. For stays of more than 15 nights, linen must be changed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
