Great house and location for families and or friend groups with lots of local activities

Great location- short walk to the beach, can walk to st lunaire which has another beach and lots of restaurants. A really good cycle/footpath from dinard to Dinan (although harder to get actually into Dinan via this bike route). House has lots of facilities- sun loungers, barbecue. Felt safe to cycle as traffic calm and cycle lanes.

Would benefit from a new shower hose in the upstairs bathroom- but good water pressure and temperature

La grandeur et spacieuse

L odeur dans les toilettes du bas et les mur ne sont pas très propres en bas L étage etait parfaitement propre

Enfants et petits enfants ont bien profité des plages mais les courses nécessitent une voiture

2 belles plages très accessibles. Jardin bien adapté à nos 2 plus jeunes petits-enfants. Bonne literie. Cuisine bien équipée.Table bien adaptée pour 8. Canapé confortable.Balancelle dans le jardin très confortable.Fenêtres fermées maison bien isolée heureusement.

Une petite table ou bureau pour un ordinateur aurait été appréciable . La maison est survolée dans la journée par de nombreux avions, l'aéroport de Pleurtuit étant assez proche . La maison proche a une VMC qui s'entend bien dans le jardin.

Le volume de la maison. Son emplacement. Le prix. Le confort.

La caution de 1000€ encaissée immédiatement alors que le remboursement n'est pas immédiat, nous avons dû attendre plusieurs jours pour la récupérer. Inadmissible !!! Une empreinte de la CB suffirait, comme ça se fait généralement.
