Wonderful location, for a quiet beach place, close to the famous places around to visit.

The view from the terrasse is gorgeous! The location is amazing, quiet, with cute beach, nice shops, market etc.

it was far too small for a family of five and the foldaway bed was not comfortable. it was also dangerous when pushed back as a sofa as there is no way to lock it in place so it kept falling open.

Du très bon et du mauvais.

La vue sur la mer de la terrasse et de la chambre.

Apparemment petit, lit trop haut, mon mari est tombé es s asseyant sur le lit car c était un lit-armoire et le pied n avait pas été bien mis. Lors de ce signalement, on s est presque fait engueule et personne ne m a demandé si mon mari s était fait mal…La terrasse fuit au niveau des joints du carrelage, ce qui fait que nos maillots de bains gouttaient sur la terrasse en dessous. Problème non signalé pour ne pas sé faire engueuler. D autres personnes ont été très aimables.

Vue plage latérale et pas vue mer, donc pas de vue sur l’horizon, bruit toute la journée des matchs commentés de beach tennis, clic clac médiocre, patronne intransigeante qd vous voulez raccourcir d’un jour votre séjour pour cauchemar nocturne (mal au dos literie, réveil permanent qd on se tourne, étroitesse canapé )

Son emplacement à deux pas de la plage, du centre-ville, des restaurants . Le balcon plein soleil en fin de journée. Et surtout l’amabilité et la gentillesse de la réceptionniste.

L’appartement très vieillot avec éclairages manquants dans le hall d’entrée, au dessus du lavabo, bonde coincée, robinet qui « crachait « : certaines choses ont été réparées suite à nos remarques. Douche très exiguë et qui fuyait..

Top localisation. Top appartement

Une localisation au top, les pieds sur le sable ou presque. L'appartement (appt 802)est très bien équipé et spacieux. La vue sur mer et le levé de soleil sont magnifiques. Possible de rejoindre le centre de Dinard à pied tout comme St Malo via la liaison bus maritime. L'accueil était au top avec une dame très accueillante qui prend le temps de vous accompagner jusqu'à l'appartement. Formalités d'entrée et de sortie très simple. Seul bémol, l'entretien des communs. Nous avons eu droit à des odeurs fortes de tabac dans les couloirs.
