The perfect location for a visit to Dinard! Five minutes walk to the Saint Enogat beach and an easy walk to Dinard beach. Shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk too. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and having parking was a bonus as finding a space on the surrounding streets would have been tricky. We enjoyed meals outside and the quiet space of the garden after a day at the beach. Daniele was very helpful and had provided lots of information about restaurants, places to visit and market days.

This house is in a great location, able to walk to local shops, beach, restaurants. The house is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, especially for children. It was clean and check in/out straight forward. Daniele, the host, was welcoming and quickly relied to any queries we had. Thank you for a lovely week and we would love to return in the future.

The house is large, comfortable, clean and charming. We really enjoyed it together with the lovely garden. Daniele thinks of everything and really wants her guests to have a good holiday. She was incredibly helpful and kind. We would love to return.

A lovely house with every conceivable amenity, including a large garden and patio area perfect for adults and children alike. Located in the village of St Enogat with it's splendid beach, yet just 10 minutes walk away from the centre of Dinard. We had a wonderful and relaxed holiday here.

Fantastic place!

We stayed for 10 days. 4 Adults and 3 Children. What a place! The house is really well equipped and we truly enjoyed our stay. Daniele is a fantastic host. She organised transport to and from the airport, gave a huge amount of information about activities in the area. The fridge was stocked for our first breakfast and we were greeted with gifts on our arrival. Dinard is beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Agree with all the other reviews; Daniele is a welcoming & enthusiastic host who left us breakfast goodies, as well as little gifts for a 3 yr. old & a 14 month toddler, and is a source of local knowledge and information. The house is wonderful and has everything you could need. Daniele has clearly spent time on all the details to make sure every room is ready. The location is ideal, just a 5 minute walk to the lovely village of Saint Enogat & 10-15 minutes to Dinard center. There are 3 lovely beaches all connected by a beautiful promenade , but take Daniele's advise about the low and high tides because the old stone walkway can be under water. The house is filled with books and toys for both kids and grownups, but be aware that the living room has some delicate/fragile things that need to be watched around children. Highly recommended place to stay and place to visit.

Property is exactly as described and perfect for a visit to Dinard and the surrounding area. Location is excellent - easy walking distance to everything. Home is warm, very well equipped. Owner is a gracious host providing an abundance of useful tourist information. She greeted us on arrival and walked us through how to operate everything - including a lovely and much used fireplace. The breakfast treats she left for us were very much appreciated. We fully enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Daniele!

The house is beautiful. We stayed for a week and it was a great rest. The house is within walking distance to dinard which has a large market 3 days a week and nice bars/restaurants/shops with a beautiful beach. There are stunning walks (if sometimes a bit scary!) along the coast. We spent more evenings in St enogat which is nearer. Great restaurants which were great value. A great holiday and would recommend to anyone.

We were so pleased by this light-filled and airy home and the amazing care that is given by our hostess. The home was so well-equipped and care was given to a guests every need. We have spent a pleasant week in this clean and well equipped house.Fenced garden,parking within the gates.Our dog loved the secured garden as well.Balcony,modern TV,good kitchen ( love cooking). Location is good: a very old part of Dinard ( St Enogat) but St Enogat is a small village on its own.5 minutes walk to go there,2 boulangers,few restaurents,pharmacie,ATM and bar: what more to desire? Walk there to buy your breakfast,have a drink etc. Walking distance to the more touristical centre of Dinard(10 min).Beach within 5 min. Posh thalasso hotel ( Novotel) at 15 min walk: great terrace,view bar etc.

A perfect place to stay to visit the beautiful Dinard and St Enogat. Easy walking distance to both Dinard and St Enogat to discover the lovely beaches; the fabulous and very friendly restaurants and cafés and also so easy to explore the nearby St Malo and it's beautiful shops via the waterbus. Lavendar Cottage is a beautiful place, spotlessly clean, very well-maintained and was also very well stocked with basic provisions upon arrival. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner who really looked after us in an hour of need on the first day! We would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives and would love to return again!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this house. It's beautiful with absolutely everything you could need for a great holiday. The house is very well equipped and has a wonderful child's room with toys and books. There is also a shed-full of buckets, spades etc. The outside area is lovely and great for relaxing. You are within 6 mins walk, in one direction, and 10 mins in the other direction of shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. MadameHerret-Noury couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The whole area is really beautiful and, as a bonus, for Irish Ferry passengers, the hose is only a 2-hour drive from Roscoff.

This house and its facilities are a perfect example of how to spoil your guests. The position is ideal between St Enogat village and Dinard, close to the beach and shops but also very quiet. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked and the bedrooms on each floor have their own bathrooms. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The garden and terrace are well kept and ideally located for afternoon relaxation. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A Truly Fantastic Holiday House!

This is a truly wonderful holiday house. The location is marvellous, being only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach boasting some lovely rockpools at low tide and some fabulous (child friendly) restaurants, in particular a wonderful creperie. The house was so spotlessly clean and well maintained - and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want whilst away on holiday, from a BBQ and washing machine and tumble dryer right down to a shelf full of DVDs to watch with the children on a rainy day. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and charming - and to prove our point, (a) we shall be recommending this house to all our friends and (b) we have already booked up to return next year! Can't wait 'til next summer!

The house was perfect for us. Very near to beaches and town, but with a lovely enclosed and sheltered garden. Condition of the house was wonderful, and lots of lovely thoughtful touches made us feel very much at home and pampered.

"What a beautiful home! We had a wonderful stay in Dinard and much of this was due to the warm welcome provided by Danielle, her attention to detail and all the equipment provided for the children that contributed to a relaxing and fun holiday. The house is nicely appointed and very clean. It is ideally situated between St Enogat and Dinard, with easy access to the beach. The market is close by and the local shops are friendly - the croissants and baguettes are delicious! Danielle provided a detailed information package in advance of our arrival which gave us all the info that we needed for our arrival and to situate ourselves in Dinard. We would love to return for a longer stay and will be recommending it to friends and family in Canada."

Great house in a lovely quiet location. Beach and shops all within an easy walk. The house is extremely well equipped and includes all that would be required for young children. Nice private enclosed garden. I would highly recommend the house and would return.

La maison est vraiment très agréable et décorée avec un goût parfait.Et le jardin est ravissant avec son parterre de fleurs et ses grands arbres. Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable, malgré les grosses chaleurs vraiment inhabituelles en Bretagne. La propriétaire est vraiment charmante et tellement à l'écoute! Un accueil formidable et nous avons été gâté à notre arrivée. Pour résumer, une maison où on se sent chez soi et où on aimerait pouvoir rester plus longtemps. Car le seul bémol ,c'est que nous sommes très nombreux à apprécier cette maison et qu'il ne faut pas trainer pour la retenir!

Une maison fantastique où nous nous sommes sentis chez nous très rapidement. Propreté irréprochable, volume et équipement parfait, emplacement au calme et proche de toutes commodités (même sans voiture), accueil des plus agréables.
