About this house rental
We offer this charming 120 m² house in Dinard, 450 m from the Ecluse beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a 80 m² terrace. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.

First floor:
- Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- one bedroom with 2 single beds
- Two shower rooms
- A separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Dinard in a very pleasant environment. Close to the Ecluse beach and all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo 14 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 80 km

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
