Fancy discovering Dinard with the family? This house offers you an ideal location: you are just a few metres from Prieuré beach and its seawater swimming pool, the town centre, the market, the church, the marina, the Clair de Lune promenade, not to mention Écluse beach. Everything you need to make the most of your holiday on foot!
The stone house has a beautiful garden where you will enjoy savouring good grilled food or a nice breakfast. The interior is furnished and decorated with taste. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is open to the dining room, with its long table, inviting moments of sharing.
The bright living room offers a space conducive to relaxation, ideal for reading, chatting, or watching a film on television.
In the evening, you will be able to rest in one of the three bedrooms in the house, all furnished with original wooden flooring that gives them plenty of charm. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, also has a bathtub and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the last one is equipped with a double bed. A mezzanine is available with a sofa bed to accommodate two other travellers.
Finally, two modern bathrooms with WC are also available, as well as a washing machine, a hair dryer and a barbecue.
From the upper floor, you will also be able to enjoy a view of the sea.
Located just a stone's throw from the sea and not far from the centre, the rental is situated at:
- 50 m from the sandy beach "du Prieuré"
- 350 m from the restaurant "Le Carthagène"
- 700 m from the supermarket "Intermarché"
- 800 m from the "Marché de Dinard"
- 850 m from the restaurant "La Cour De Récré"
- 1 km from the sandy beach "de l'Ecluse"
- 2 km from the escape game "Breizh Escape"
- 6 km from the airport "de Pleurtuit-Dinard"
