We offer this charming 158 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Dinard, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room, a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and bath. The dwelling is composed as follows:

- A master suite with garden view, queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room with heated towel rail.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer

First floor:
- Mezzanine with sofa
- Double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- One bedroom with bunk beds (90x200)

Villa des Rochettes has a fully enclosed garden of 680 m² with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture: dining table for 6/8 people, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 adult deckchairs and 2 children's deckchairs.
The swimming pool is private and protected by a roller shutter (heated from May 1 to September 30 // non-contractual dates).
Ideal for families or friends, Les Rochettes provides a barbecue, cot, high chair and ironing board and iron.
The house is located in a quiet, residential and very pleasant environment. It is close to many beaches:
- Plage du Prieuré in Dinard (5 min by car)
- Plage de la Fourberie in Saint-Lunaire (6 min. drive)
- Plage de l'Ecluse in Dinard (7 min. drive)
Transportation:
- You can park directly on the secure property (up to 2 vehicles).
- Bus connections from Saint-Malo station
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (17 minutes by car > 10 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 Km)
