Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m², 3-storey house to rent in Dinard, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located in the town centre, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a bright and functional fully-equipped kitchen, a 15 m² terrace and four bedrooms on two floors, each with its own shower room.
You'll be staying in the heart of history: a former iconic café called "Rock Fish" transformed into a charming home.
The accommodation is distributed as follows:
Ground floor
- An entrance hall with three large functional cupboards
- A storeroom that can be used as a pantry, bike room or even as a return from the beach, as it has a water point
- A WC
- A lounge/dining area leading to a bright kitchen with a large bay window providing direct access to the west-facing terrace with a Fermob garden table seating 8. A parasol and four deckchairs are available for use in fine weather, as well as a Weber charcoal barbecue.
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
1st floor
- On the landing of this first level, a light-filled workspace.
- A first bedroom with double bed (160x200), blackout curtains and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
- A second bedroom with double bed (160x200), shuttered windows and en-suite shower room.

Public transport :
For the peace and quiet of your stay, Rock Fish has a private underground parking space in the neighbouring residence.
If you are bringing several vehicles, the town of Dinard offers parking packages. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (100 metres on foot).
