Perfect location in a historic house with amazing views

The house is spacious and well laid out. The gardens and outside space secure for my dog. You couldn't get closer to the beach. Within a very short walk there are several restaurants, butchers, bakers and a small corner shop. Dinard market and centre is around 3/4 of a mile away. An easy walk if you are able to do so. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on when away from home. Making for a very restful holiday. The kitchen and utility room has everything you need if you don't wan to eat out. With a washing machine and tumble dryer you can travel light.

I was traveling with just my husband and dog. So the second bathroom wasn't needed, however if you are traveling with a larger group of adults the second bathroom is only accessible from the outside across the court yard. It would be recommended to take bathrobes or other suitable attire to use this facility. As this is a very historic and old house (which I love) the basement stairs are also a little tricky to navigate if you have any impairment. The basement houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Worth noting if you can't easily use stairs.

Lovely house with sea views

We loved our stay at La Pinede. The location is great with the beach on your doorstep and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and was very well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Very special historic home with ocean views in every room, luxury beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen and steps to ocean trails and town. The owner and local caretakers are first class with anything you may need. We hope to return and stay again.

Tolle Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber in einem sehr schönen Ort.

Die Betreuung durch das Team vor Ort war schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich. Wenige Schritte zum Strand u. in direkter Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bäcker, Apotheke etc. .

Excellent accueil - maison très bien située, comportant tous les éléments de confort et de cuisine avec une literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et ne pouvons que recommander cette location .
