Property was spacious kitchen small and only one obvious plug for electricals such as coffee machine, kettle toaster did locate on last day Upstairs bathroom although functional could do with upgrade

We loved our stay! This property is in the perfect location for the beach and only a few bus stops away from the old tow

The property is lovely, spacious and clean and only a few minutes walk to the beach and shop.

Property does not have a washing machine which would be helpful when traveling with children.

Außen top - innen flop

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind ums Eck.

Die Besitzerin hat uns kurz vor unserem Urlaub kontaktiert und uns mitgeteilt, dass wir, wenn wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher benötigen, zusätzlich 30 € zahlen müssen. Auf Nachfrage bei booking ist dies jedoch unzulässig. Den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft haben wir per Safe entgegengenommen. Von außen sieht das Haus sehr nett aus, es fällt jedoch gleich auf, dass der Garten erst neu angelegt wird und noch nicht fertiggestellt ist. Innen erwartete uns ein modrig riechendes Haus, das nicht fertig renoviert war. Es war eisig kalt und wir mussten erst herausfinden, wie die Heizung funktioniert. Es gab keinerlei Hinweise/Beschreibungen durch die Besitzerin. Ein Zimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Heizung überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat, in einem weiteren Schlafzimmer konnte die Heizung nicht reguliert werden. Die Schlafzimmer waren nur mit Klappbetten ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche musste selbst bezogen werden. Die Zimmer wirkten teilweise wie eine Abstellkammer. Sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher waren nicht zusammenpassend und wirkten, als wären sie woanders aussortiert worden. Auf der steilen Treppe ins oberste Stockwerk wurde der alte Bodenbelag entfernt, es fand jedoch keine Renovierung statt. In einzelnen Räumen waren Kleidungsstücke der Vermieterin zu finden. Im Esszimmer waren die Schränke vollgestopft mit Ramsch. In einer Lade lagen neben Knopfbatterien auch Medikamente frei zugänglich herum. Ein besonders großes Risiko, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren!!! Aus unserer Sicht ist es nicht zumutbar, solch eine Unterkunft zu vermieten. Wir haben booking.com kontaktiert und um Hilfe gebeten. Booking hat versucht, die Besitzerin zu kontaktieren und mit den Umständen zu konfrontieren, allerdings hat sich die Vermieterin darauf nicht gemeldet. Wir haben die Besitzerin während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gesehen bzw. hatten auch keinen Kontakt mit ihr. Wir können diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen!

Oublierle lieu de séjour et profiter de St Malo

-la propreté -le confort de la literie -

Grosse déception sur : -la situation de la maison : pas du tout en front de mer comme indiqué sur la photo d’appel de l’annonce ! La seule photo extérieur d’une maison n’est pas celle de la location : d’où tromperie ! 1*photo: plage 2* photo: celle d’une villa, mais qui ne représente donc ni le lieu ni l’habitation proposée ! Très trompeur donc. Louée pour un week-end d’anniversaire avec nos enfants, il nous tenait à cœur de leur offrir une « vue mer » . Raté! -L’appellation « villa » est usurpée. Il s’agit d’une maison des années 80, mitoyenne sans charme par rapport aux villas qui l’entourent. - c’est une maison en 5* ou 6* rang, située à 100 mètres de la plage. Mais sans vue mer donc. La décoration est faite d’un mélange de tout style… Nous ne parlerons pas du jardin qui était retourné avec un engin TP trônant à l’entrée au milieu. Merci l’état des chaussures pour accéder à la maison. Ceci étant, les propriétaires nous ont semblé arrangeant et désolés de cette situation de travaux.

Maison familiale spacieuse à quelques pas de la mer !

Maison super bien située , proche de la mer , spacieuse et avec des places de stationnement. Merci pour notre départ tardif le 1er janvier !!!!!

Grande maison agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée et proche de la mer et des commerces

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la maison, sa luminosité, la proximité des commerces et bien sûre de la mer. La présence d'une place de parking est un plus car c'est toujours compliqué de se garer.

La maison n'était pas très chaude à notre arrivée (17 degrés) mais elle se réchauffe assez bien.
