Charming Saint Malo house close to beach and playground, ideal for families

This house was perfect for our family holiday this year, all we could want and more! The property itself is large, spacious and very comfortable, exactly as the description and photos suggest. It is clear this is a well loved family holiday home and everything was in good repair and working order. The garden was great for our little one (18 months) to explore, she was completely safe as it securely fenced. The location is really quiet and residential. The bakery & mini supermarket 2 mins on foot were perfect for fresh bread etc and more than enough food choices to keep us going. We did make a trip to the big supermarket when we arrived, but the little one has all that you need. The beach is 5 mins away and was absolutely lovely. You accessed it by a few steps into a little cove, so it is quiet and quite sheltered. The sea was calm and shallow so perfect for a little one's first beach holiday. St Malo itself is lovely and was easy to get to from the property either on foot along the sea front or in the car. Being in June we had a couple of wet days, but there was plenty of space to play in the house, with books, games and movies to entertain. There is also so much choice on what to do locally, the aquarium was superb (you even got to go on a submarine ride), so would defo recommend for kids and adults alike. We also found a superb kids swimming pool 30 mins away in Dol De Bretagne with slides, bubbles, baby pool, fountains etc. For visits Mont St Michael was good by very busy. We also very much enjoyed crocodile bay 10 mins down the road from the Mont, our little one loved being in the enclosure with the giant tortoises! Dinard and Dinan are both lovely, we partially liked Dinan and would highly recommend the Mr Robert restaurant, great food, very reasonable price and fab service. Parame is a super base for a family holiday and this house really was a home from home. The owners were very helpful and prompt to reply to all my silly questions before we went. I would certainly recommend this house and location to family and friends, everything is so convenient and there is so much choice on what to do and see. We will be back!

Nous avons passé 6 jours très agréables à 2 pas de la plage, la maison est grande, très bien équipée, nous songeons à revenir un jour!

Notre week-end à 10 s'est très bien passé dans cette maison spacieuse. Elle est conforme à la description, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du quartier, et la proximité de la plage ( 5 mn à pied avec des jeunes enfants et sans se presser). Par contre, pour la douche de la buanderie, un petit chauffage d'appoint serait le bienvenu pour le matin ou le soir hors saison d'été car il y fait plûtot frais. Adresse à retenir !

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen schönen fast 3-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Der nahegelegene Strand ist super und auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (Ehepaar: Französisch/Englisch) war top! Es gab allerdings einen Beschreibungsfehler bei Fewo und es war da leider niemand persönlich zu erreichen und der "Roboterchat" konnte auch nicht helfen. Es ist eindeutig beschrieben, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden. Dies ist nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter aber NICHT der Fall! Ansonsten kommen wir aber gerne wieder, es war ein toller Urlaub!

Cette maison est parfaitement équipée. On peut aller à pied à la plage, et les courses sont accessibles itou. Notre séjour d'une semaine nous a paru trop court. Une référence pour un séjour familial (nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants).

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, et bien équipée qui nous a permis de pouvoir passer une semaine-retrouvailles en famille avec cohabitation entre télétravailleurs et vacanciers.

maison fonctionnelle avec ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner correctement, bien située avec magasins proches et surtout la plage,belles balades à faire........... nous sommes rentrés enchantés de notre séjour.... petit bémol pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains pour sécher les serviettes (au niveau température c'était supportable). Cette maison doit être très agréable l'été. Nous conseillons cette location.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse pour passer des vacances entres amis ou famille nombreuse dans un quartier calme, commerces à proximités. Et les bonnes cerises au mois de juin!

La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et équipée. Très bien située et dans un quartier calme. La plage est proche, les enfants ont adoré ! Comme indiqué aux propriétaires, le ménage pourrait être approfondi (dessous de lit, coins). Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à St Malo et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner....

Maison très bien pensée avec le côté "cosy" typiquement anglais. Guides pour nous donner des idées et très important pour mon mari possibilité de garer deux voiture (Grand Voyager devant le garage et l'autre dans l'autre renfoncement ). Supermarché accessible en deux minutes à pied. Plage à pied de même. Temps magnifique. Qui a dit qu'il pleuvait en Bretagne? Nous reviendrons. G. From Toulouse

En famille, à 7 personnes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse, elle a permis a chacun d'avoir son espace, tout en pouvant se retrouver tous ensemble dans les espaces communs. La plage est à 2 pas, un supermarché à proximité immédiate permet les dépannages. St Malo est plus loin, par une belle journée, c'est une superbe ballade. Seul bémol pour nous : cela a été la propreté de la cuisine, laissant un peu à désirer selon nos critères. Nous conseillons cependant vivement ce lieu ! Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons partagé les vacances en famille et entre amis, chacun y a trouvé son bonheur. La maison est suffisamment grande et fonctionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir la région et ses alentours. Propriétaire à l’écoute... Location à recommandée... Merci. Famille VDS

After quite a drive it was nice to arrive to such a spacious and clean house! The local supermarket & boulangerie around the corner were well stocked and we used them a lot, only needing to go to the local hypermarket a few times during our stay. We felt at home very quickly, and found the house was comfortable and well equipped with all we needed. Having WIFI access was great! It is ideally situated to easily pop into St Malo old town, the local beach, and to the Grand Aquarium. (We would recommend the walk around the walls of the old town - the views are great and on a clear day you can see Le Phare on top of Le Cap Frehel in a westerly direction!) Also within an hour you can reach Mont St Michel, Alligator Bay, Dinan, Dinard, Le Cap Frehel & Forte La Latte. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visited all of the above and more. It is a house where you could just hide away or use as a base to explore this part of Brittany. We highly recommend as a great place for families to stay.

Maison confortable pour 9 personnes. Propre et bien localisée pour découvrir la région de Saint Malo et profiter de la plage toute proche. Sentier côtier tout prés.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, très propre et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette jolie maison idéalement située.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables dans cette maison avec un couple d'amis et 5 enfants. La maison est grande et très bien située, la plage à côté est charmante et la maison est proche de tous les sites que nous voulions visité ( Dinan, Dinart, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et vous donnent aussi des conseils de restaurants et de visites. A refaire !

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette maison. Placement idéal, la plage, le parc pour les enfants, accessibles a pied en a peine quelques minutes. La maison est très chaleureuse, hyper spacieuse et pratique. Propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement !
