About this house rental
Very nice seaside and family house. Completely restored and decorated to the taste of the day, this house will be ideal for a getaway with friends or family.
It is composed on the first floor of a living room with a lounge opening onto a veranda overlooking the garden, a living room with an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and all the necessary to cook as well as a washing machine and a dryer, separate toilet.
On the second floor: two large double bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor, an attic room, with two single beds that can be put together to make a double bed, two double rooms with beds of 140 and a bathroom with WC.
In the Rothéneuf district, you will find various food stores: delicatessen, caterer, butcher, baker, café, restaurants, creperie.
Transportation:
- The SNCF train station is located 5 km away (10 minutes by car).
- The Thermes Marins of St Malo is 3 km away
- The Phytomer Spa is located 200m away
- A sailing school is located 20 minutes away by foot
- The Val beach is 300m away on foot, the Nicet beach is less than 1km away
- 6 km from the historical center of Saint-Malo
- 9 km from Cancale
- 57 km from the Mont St Michel
