Lovely modern apartment just outside St Malo Intra Muros

A lovely modern apartment just outside the walls of St Malo old town, very much the best of both worlds: it took only a few minutes to walk to restaurants in the evening but the location of the apartment was quiet and it was easy to drive to. There is a very well appointed kitchen, and hotel quality linen and towels. We picked up the keys from the reception of hotel L’Addresse which is just round the corner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that there was secure parking under the building, and that there was a lift direct from the garage to the third floor for the apartment, which made packing and unpacking so much simpler.

I was a little concerned at the requirement for a €1,500 deposit but the checkout procedure was very effective and professional and we were able to specify exactly what time we needed to leave in the morning, so it was not a problem.

Comfortable stay in St. Malo

The apartment was very comfortable for two pairs, each having separate bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped The location was excellent: 5 minutes walk to the old city. There was also a supermarket in a walking distance to get everything we needed for breakfast The apartment comes with an excellent secured parking.

Exceptional

Great apartment located right outside Intra Muros, just one block away from the beach. Balcony with overview of the harbor. Quite spacious so it could easily fit 7 people. Good facilities including kitchen and two bathrooms.

We just got one key for everyone. It would’ve been better to get like 3 or 4 in order to enter the apartment at different times.

Really nice apartment, perfect location but you pay for it!

Location was perfect. The hotel was OK but they were not very attentive. WiFi needs attention.

A couple more cleans and clean sheets would have been nice. They left us some extra towels as we’d asked but didn’t tell us they has secreted them away in a cupboard so we didn’t find them till the day we left!

Agradable

Muy amplio el lugar , limpio , una cocina muy equipada ( no la usamos ) . Lo mejor el location , muy cerca del centro y a la vez tranquilo .

El hecho de dejar un Voucher por tres días de 1,500 euros y luego tener una inspección . Que no fue problema pues no suelo robar nada de los lugares que voy . Pero alguien que no tenga mucho dinero puede ser un problema . Viajo por toda Europa y nunca había tenido algo así . Tal vez han tenido malas experiencias .

Lage, Ausstattung, Schnitt der Wohnung sind praktisch perfekt.

Es gibt die bei Booking.com gezeigte Dachterrasse nicht - aber der Balkon reißt es raus. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre allerdings schön!

Très bel appartement spacieux lumineux propre avec vue sur le port, proche du centre-ville historique, 5mn à pied, parking privé payant mais pratique à disposition

Ein wunderbares Apartment

Die Ausstattung des Apartment und insbesondere der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Wir haben hier oft und gerne gekocht und es ist wirklich alles in ausreichender Anzahl und in Top-Qualität vorhanden. Der Balkon zum Hafenbecken läd zum draußen Sitzen ein. Das Meer ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Altstadt ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Essen auf dem Balkon darf nicht unbewacht bleiben, wegen der Möwen ;-)

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement

Très bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien situé à quelques mètres de la digue. Contact facile avec l’hotel l’Adresse pour la remise des clés, le jour de l’arrivée et du départ. Merci! (Nous n’avons, par contre, pas trouvé la terrasse présente sur les photos avec les transats…)
