The apartment is in an excellent location, with private covered parking available at an additional cost. The living room is very spacious, and the apartment is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere.

Although the apartment looks lovely, the bed and mattress are not of particularly good quality, which affects sleeping comfort. The provision of basic amenities was particularly disappointing, especially considering that we paid an additional €100 for bed linen and towels. Only one towel per person was provided for our three-night stay. When we raised this with the host, she suggested that we could wash the towels ourselves. No shampoo or shower gel was provided either. Only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for three guests staying three nights, which seemed rather stingy. No kitchen paper towels were provided. When I asked the host for more, she explained that they were not included and that the few sheets we found had been left behind by previous guests. Toilet paper and kitchen paper towels are inexpensive essentials. Guests should not be expected to buy them from a supermarket, where they are usually sold in multipacks rather than individually. Similarly, suggesting that guests do their own laundry during a short holiday seems unreasonable. Time is precious when travelling, and most guests would much rather spend it sightseeing than doing laundry. Since bed linen and towels already come at an additional cost, perhaps the host could also provide a price list for shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper! It is a pity that such a beautifully presented apartment falls short when it comes to providing basic amenities and convenience. A little more consideration for guests’ comfort would have made a significant difference.

The location was great, right in the middle of the tourist areas, with easy access to all the restaurants, shops and bakeries. It's easy (and cheaper than what the property will charge you) to park outside the walls and get to the flat.

The checkin process was just a pain, the lady that handed us the keys didn't bother to show us around the flat. The flat was not clean at all, we found dirty socks under the beds, toilets were all dirty, overall not a clean property. The host asked us to cary the trash after our stay, which was completely unprofessional. There's a surcharge for towels and bedsheets, which is absolutely insane considering how expensive the accommodation is.
