Great modern apartment in St Malo

Modern stylish, apartment with lots of space and lovely view. Great windows for good ventilation and good for watching the water/tides and people on the beach. Apartment had everything we needed for a week stay, even secure parking. Close (15 min) walk to old town and great restaurants close by.

Great appartment, beautiful sea view and very comfortable

The location is great, the living room has a great view of the sea, the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. As an extra bonus there is a garage space included which was great as parking is very difficult in St. Malo. Chris was very informative and made us feel welcomed.

This is a very minor issue. As it was warm, we kept the bedroom windows open at night. On a few mornings, a delivery truck started unloading around 7 a.m. just outside the apartment. Apart from this, the apartment was very quiet. Again, just a small point and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Excellent well located apartment

The property was lovely and we would recommend it without hesitation. The apartment had a wonderful view, was well located, fully equipped and very comfortable. The downstairs secure parking was great particularly as parking is at a premium in St Malo. The hosts were very helpful, meeting us on arrival and departure.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Le Georges. The apartment is in a great location with a lovely beach view. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the hosts were very helpful.

We had a great and peaceful vacation in a very nice flat.

The property has a great location, close to the old city center but far from the noisy crowd… just in front of the beach (you see and hear the sea from the living room) and in walking distance to nice restaurants and a very good bakery (at which we bought our baguettes and croissants every day). The flat is really comfortable with all you need for a nice family stay. The landlords (Claire & Chris) have been very friendly and helpful. The parking (direct access with elevator) is also a big plus.

We recommend this apartment.

Great view of the ocean and Sillon beach. Literally cross the street and take one of the stairs that connect the promenade with the beach. We walked to the IntraMuros of Saint Malo in 10 minutes or so, with great views. We didn't use the kitchen but it was very well equipped, everything is new. Very clear communication with the friendly owners before arrival, guided us into the secure parking box underground, and in the apartment a nice drink was waiting. Could not be better. Recommend!

Alles is prima in orde! Toilet tegen een slaapkamer aan maakte dat je ‘s nachts andere mensen van het reisgezelschap wakker maakt bij doortrekken van het toilet.

Perfekter Ort für Ferien in Saint-Malo

Eigentlich alles - Claire und Chris waren wunderbare Gastgeber, Wasser war im Kühlschrank, wir bekamen eine Flasche Wein und bretonisches Gebäck. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gross, mit Sicht aufs Meer. - Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. - Die Betten waren sehr bequem. - Die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht die Altstadt zu Fuss in 15 Minuten. Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite - Es war sehr ruhig. - Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Tiefgaragenplatz.

TOUT , à commencer par l accueil. Un grand merci à Claire et Chris pour leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance. La petite bouteille de cidre, était excellente. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes, que dire de plus sur ce superbe appartement avec une vue mer incroyable, équipe haut de gamme et à proximité du joli centre ville de St Malo avec en prime un garage fermé.

Séjour exceptionnel, l'appartement est vraiment super et très bien équipé

Claire & Chris sont des hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants pour les horaires. Remise des clefs et explications pour le parking privé ainsi que pour l'appartement, l'électro-ménager, les "bons plans resto" tout était parfait mais le top c'est la vue sur la plage du sillon à 15 mètres et la gentille attention à notre arrivée. Le cidre était excellent ;-) Merci à vous deux pour votre gentillesse et disponibilité.

Der tägliche Meeresblick und das Rauschen der Wellen war wunderbar. Modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vom Gurkenschäler bis zum Salz war alles vorhanden. Altstadt von Saint Malon fußläufig zu erreichen.

Eines der Betten war für 2 Personen etwas schmal.
