Beautiful family house of 160 square meters, just renovated with new kitchen, new smoked oak parquet flooring, wooden terrace of 25 square meters, parasols, tables and garden chair, very quiet in a residence.
Everything is tastefully done and you will like this house...
Large living space of 60 square meters with double living room around the double-sided fireplace (8 seats), dining room (8 seats) and open plan fitted kitchen with granite worktop and stools.
Two French doors open onto the 20 square metre wooden terrace.
The house is not semi-detached and has a quiet garden that surrounds the house, you can benefit from the great calm of the residence sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the seaside.
At the RC:

Leather sofas/armchairs and poufs, openings to the garden

All shops (center of Paramé), market, Leclerc center, cinema are 5 minutes walk from the house, a bus stop is 100 meters away serving all of Saint Malo
(ideal to go Intra Muros in 20 minutes because you can no longer park in summer)
