Great apartment near Sillon Plage

Lovely apartment in an attractive building. It was very clean and was very well equipped. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and I loved the pale pine floorboards. Amazing location with Sillon beach a few moments away and an easy walk into the old town. On a bus route.

Beautiful and complete appartment. It had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, very confortable.bed, free parking behind or in front of the building, privacy and peace. It is almost in front of the beach, so, although it is not so close to the walled city, it was a great pleasure to walk there, seeing the vast sea, long and wide beaches, hearing the waves... we would definetely stay here again

I and my wife couldn't adjust the position of the shower. So we had to shower holding the hose. But it's a really nice bathroom. I suggest just fixing this.

We loved our stay in Julie’s apartment; it’s located in a nice neighborhood. 100m from the beach, 10 min walk from the old town and restaurants and a supermarket are around the corner. The apartment has everything you need, parking space included. Julie is a very welcoming host.

Remise des clefs par une personne très accueillante et dispo. Répond très rapidement aux messages. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Bien situé pour visiter St Malo à pied mais le petit inconvénient, la route est passante cependant les fenêtres sont bien isolées. Moins bonne isolation avec l'appartement voisin.

L'emplacement de l'appartement, proche de la plage et pas trop loin du centre ville. Boulangerie, restaurants, supérettes, etc... dans la même rue.

La wifi ne fonctionne pas, le ménage de l'appartement n'est pas fait en totalité. Les joints de la douche sont un peu noir.

La proximité de la ville close, Le stationnement accessible et disponible. Pour le logement, la salle d'eau propre et fonctionnelle.

Le logement ( 3 ) ne respire pas la propreté. A notre arrivée, table de cuisson graisseuse, tapis non aspiré, table basse poussiéreuse, plan de travail non nettoyé. La literie est à remplacée ainsi que les cousins. L'alaise ( peu propre ) ne correspond pas aux dimensions des matelas donc gène le couchage. Les ustensiles ( casseroles ) sont à remplacer

Grande e confortevole appartamento in ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia (noi siamo andati per le maree equinoziali e non per Intra Muros che è un po' più distante ma sempre raggiungibile a piedi). Spazi ben divisi con camera da letto, soggiorno grande, cucina separata abitabile completa di tutto, bagno con wc separato. Buona gestione autonoma del riscaldamento. Parcheggio facile e gratuito in strada, con possibilità di parcheggio dedicato sul retro dell'edificio. Comodo anche per soggiorni lunghi

La richiesta di pagamento diretto e non tramite Booking, cosa non chiara durante la prenotazione. La conseguente minaccia di annullare la prenotazione se non pagavo con la mia carta (di solito pago con Booking). Abbiamo scelto il check-in in autonomia per non essere vincolati da orari ma è il ritiro delle chiavi non è vicino. Aggiungerei una luce centrale in camera da letto. Purtroppo il secondo piano senza ascensore è scomodo per chi ha bagagli ingombranti
